Hygiene & Safety Policy
At VitalPeak, customer safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the intimate and personal nature of our wellness products, we follow a strict No-Return / No-Exchange policy once an order has been successfully delivered.
This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, hygiene standards, and the safety of all our customers.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of their order within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs earlier.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or physical damage, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
To process a replacement request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the product condition from the moment the package is opened.
Upon verification, a free replacement will be issued. Refunds are not applicable for such cases.
Important Notes
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
- Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.
- VitalPeak reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy conditions.
